Kammererite, also spelled, kaemmererite is the chromium rich variety of clinochlore. Kammererite has small amounts of chromium in its structure. The lavender and crimson red colors are truly vibrant in this specimen. The color runs in veins throughout this specimen. This kammererite is from the Kop Krom Mine in Kop Daglari, Turkey. Dated 6/16/1979
